These have a white silicone ear bud and come in a set of three. They have a long, thin, durable white cord. The cord is not coiled and is not foldable. Included in with the headphones are a remote, microphone and two mesh caps. The mesh caps are made of stainless steel and help keep the speakers clean. These in-ear head phones have a unique design that implements intense bass and sharp crisp sound. They get even better because they also implement sound isolating features to block out outside sounds. This feature is simple but very helpful because outside sound can interfere with the way your music is heard. Including this technology creates the perfect environment for excellent sound levels. Other features are a microphone to record memos on Apple products and a remote control for volume, fast forwarding, rewinding, pausing and so forth. The remote is conveniently located on the headphone cord and is very small. Out of personal opinion the remote looks like part of the white-grey cord but upon further inspection users can see that the small grey area has controls. With they’re sleek appearance and beneficial features, these ear bud head phones are superb for Apple products. These earbuds are compatible with all iPod for audio listening but when it comes to the microphone and remote compatibility is limited. The remote and microphone are only adaptable with the iPod classic with 120Gb, iPod touch 2nd generation, iPod nano 4th generation and iPhone 3GS. As the microphone for recording memos may not be adaptive with other models not stated above, the remote control does work with the iPod shuffle 3rd generation. In order to fully get these headphones to function with all the stated features, updated software for the above models is needed. 2.0.1 software is necessary for the iPod classic 120Gb to function properly, 2.2 or anymore recent software upgrades work with the iPod touch 2nd generation and 1.0.3 software versions are necessary for iPod nano 4th generation users. Apple In-Ear Headphones with remote and microphone also have high end qualities like 5Hz-21kHz of sound transcription and frequency, 23 ohms for powerful functioning and 109dB/Mw to exert powerful sound levels. These ear buds are designed to give off clear crisp sounds and promote easy functioning. Users state that they are durable, lightweight, come with two drivers for high sound levels and are a good value for the price. These make great gifts and you can also find them pretty much at any electronic store and/or Apple store. They generally retail for about $80.00.

These are the standard earbud headphones for most Apple iPod devices and they are white with a grey circle around the speakers. They have a long, thin white cord and come with a remote and microphone. This model of Apple’s ear buds is a more upgraded version of the headphones that the Apple products generally come with. These in-ear head phones have a microphone so that you can record voice notes and memos. Some people might find this feature worthless but others can use it to record a name of a song, a time for a TV show or a quick shopping list as long as you have ipod compatible models. These ear bud head phones are small, durable and easily concealable. If you have small ears like me, it is hard for you to find head phones that stay in your ears. These in-ear headphones generally stay in better than other brands for me. Although other brands may be much better for people with normal ear size, for me these work well. This product has an extra perk as it comes with a remote as mentioned earlier. The remote can be used for a number of things such as adjusting volume, pausing, playing, rewinding, fast forwarding, viewing videos and so forth. Unfortunately there are some downsides to these earbuds and that is the fact that they are not waterproof, do not cancel out sounds, do not have ability to isolate out sounds and are only work with certain Apple models. These earphones are compatible with 2nd generation iPod touch, 4th generation iPod nano and the original classic 120 Gb iPod. Many reviewers state that this item is pricey for what you get and that they have problems with commands being followed by the remote. The remote apparently controls everything and there really aren’t any buttons, so if it doesn’t read your voice I can understand how it can be a hassle. Other users say it’s a good buy for the price and generally has crisp sounds and average overall qualities. These earbud headphones can be found in most electronic stores and retail for $29.00.
